Sarah & Phil bought The Mill in 2016 and then started an 18 month complete restoration programme, with a great team of craftsmen. We have lived in Aquitaine since 1994 (the original plan was to stay for 2 years!), both work (Phil is in Aerospace & Sarah is a certified French national guide specialising in wine & culture tours throughout our region), speak French & English (our first language) and Phil also speaks Italian.

We live year round in beautiful Bordeaux but stay at our Mill whenever there are no guests.
